1. BHMCT: BHMCT or Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology is a 4-year professional undergraduate course, offered by CTIHM.

2. BVOC Hospitality and Catering Mgt: B.Voc (HCM) is a program in Hospitality with a specialization in Catering Management. A blended training methodology comprises theory sessions, and hands-on practical training in industry-simulated labs for intentionally creating a real-life working experience, helping students to familiarize themselves with their future workplace.
3. DFP (Diploma in Food Production): Diploma in Food Production deals with conventional food production operations related to diverse cuisines and the ability to meet the demands of guests. Students will be taught how to use a variety of commodities. Diploma in Food Production jobs includes Chefs in hotels, restaurants, and cruise lines, as well as airlines, institutions, catering establishments, entrepreneurs, etc.
Course Overview: Food Production Diploma program is designed to develop the culinary skills amongst students and to prepare them for the Catering and Hospitality Industry. The program is designed to train students about food production operations for a five star hotel.
4. MHMCT: The Master of Hospitality Management & Catering Technology (MHMCT) is a two years postgraduate Hospitality Management Degree course in CTIHM.
